OUR HISTORY

Caribbean Creole Café is a family owned business

Our Vision: To share a part of Haiti through our food

Our Purpose:  To provide our community an opportunity to share the Haitian Food Experience through our food, music, and stories.

We are not just providing our clients with fresh coconuts and pina colda’s. Caribbean food is a complex blend of indigenous, African, and colonial influences. Native foods such as soursop, bread fruit, yucca, leafy vegetables like callaloo, and herbs such as cilantro/thyme recur in most island cuisine. Africans brought pigeon peas, plantains, yams, and assorted peppers to the Caribbean island and we made use of these foods into our dishes. The Spanish introduced rice and many other foods. Come enjoy our natural delightful flavors and fresh juices from our eclectic cuisine influenced by the Haitian culture!
